Return and Refund Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Moon Valley Software. If you ordered through a reseller of Moon Valley Software, please make arrangement with that reseller for your authorized return. For returns of merchandise directly purchased from and fulfilled by Moon Valley Software, certain conditions apply. We do not accept returns of: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Products received as electronic downloads cannot be refunded. Demos and trials of these products are offered for evaluation purposes. Exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.
